Drinking? No. Not because he's underage or anything (god forbid Akira care about laws), but because he doesn't like the taste of cheap stuff and control of himself and his powers is too important to really get smashed.
Smoking? No. He can't stand smoke.
Other daily habits: Despite what you'd think, Akira tends to be a very neat child. While he will walk around with blood or dirt spattered on him, he does shower and clean himself up very regularly and is actually very twitchy about hygiene in normal situations (to the point that he yells at someone if they come out of the bathroom without washing their hands).
Hair: While Akira's hair is technically shoulder length, the psychic energy he gives off tends to make it swoosh upwards in a very anime way. The front part of his hair and some of the back is a dirty blonde/orange color, while the rest is a dark brown. His hair is often tangled (he can't be assed to brush it half the time), but always clean, though it tends to not be all that soft regardless because of the energy unless he's completely drained.
Clothes: Akira often sports a blue jacket with a yellow inside and golden trims, a long sort of black studded belt around his neck, a pair of gloves with metal pieces sewn into the knuckles, a pair of black and white pants tucked into black and red thick tennis shoes, and a black and white belt with a skull buckle. The most noticeable thing is that Akira never wears a shirt if he's given the choice.
Scent: Akira's scent is very odd -- most likely he'd smell like grass or flowers or just generic soap/shampoo, but those with a specifically sharp sense of smell can identify the "psychic" scent mixed in with the rest.
