Akira is a psychic, and a damn good one.
This means that he can read minds and can sense how a person is (good, evil, neutral, murderous, heroic, apathetic, etc.) from the makeup of their mind. If you don't want your mind read/have some sort of barrier to it/don't want him to pick up on something/want him to pick up on something/etc., please say it here for me. Note that, unless you give him reason otherwise, Akira will only ever read your surface thoughts -- to dig deeper requires concentration and time and so he usually doesn't bother unless given proper cause!
Along with this, Akira is also prone to extreme violence when angered sufficently and a lifetime on the streets has conditioned him to generally fight to kill out of necessity. He'll stop if you surrender or if you didn't provoke him enough to feel like his life was in danger, but by then the damage may already be done. This is also here for you to tell me how badly you want Akira to hurt (or not hurt) your character: just keep in mind that Akira doesn't like killing and won't seriously attack you unless you give him due cause!
Name: Your character's name, obviously!
Journal: Your character's journal, just in case.
Mind-Reading Permissions
Blocks: Are there any mental blocks Akira might hit? Something keeping him out? This includes both IC and OOC -- if you'd rather Akira not read your character's mind, let me know and we'll figure out a reason that he can't. Remember, though, that Akira has to go digging for anything beyond surface (IE, current) thoughts -- this section is purely for reading said surface thoughts.
Mind Build: IE, how is your character's mind structured? This is what Akira uses to judge his first impression and how he treats people -- if your mind has a heroic feeling and build, or even just a caring one, he'll trust you, while if it's evil or cruel he'll immediately be on edge around you. Keep in mind you can trick Akira -- if your character would be one to do that, then note how their mind really is alongside how it would actually appear to him.
Depths/Memories/Thoughts: Now here comes the more complicated one. If/When Akira digs deeper into your character's head, what can he see? Note that he can't dive into the very depths of your character's head -- anything your character has repressed or locked deep down are generally inaccessible to him unless your character gives him permission/works with him to get him that far down.
Notes: Is there something else you need to mention I forgot? Tell me here.
Violence Permissions
Damage: Should he just beat them up with his bare hands? Or are you fine with broken bones/burns/whatever else his powers may inflict? Tell me anything you feel you need to mention here.
Death: Are you okay or not okay with Akira killing your character? Keep in mind he's not a sociopath -- this is more for if you push him far enough to be willing to kill in self-defense.
Notes: Anything else you feel should be mentioned about violence with your character/Akira in general.
